C-Rail Sliding Nut with M5 Screw for MSMC 10-22 & 20-32 | SCMC 10

The SCMC 10 is the part that takes an MSMC cable clamp off the mounting plate and onto C-rail. It suits the two small clamp sizes – MSMC 10-22 and MSMC 20-32 – and is supplied with the matching M5 hexagon head screw, so a clamp can be positioned anywhere along a rail and slid to final position before tightening.

Features and Specifications

Suitable for: MSMC 10-22 and MSMC 20-32 cable clamps. Dimensions: 40 x 25 x 6.5 mm (L x W x H). Supplied with M5 hexagon head screw.

Application:

Drop the sliding nut into the C-rail slot, turn it to engage the lips, then fix the cable clamp through its central slotted hole with the supplied M5 screw. Mounting on rail rather than a plate means clamp positions can be adjusted later without drilling, which suits switchboards where cable routing is still being finalised. Tighten the clamp screw connection to 3 Nm when clamping cable.
