Free shipping — how it works

From 5 May 2026, free shipping applies automatically to all orders placed through our online store at tropac.com.au. There is no minimum order value and no discount code required — shipping is free at checkout.

Online store orders only. Free shipping is not available on orders placed by phone, email, or any channel outside tropac.com.au. To take advantage of free shipping, place your order through the online store.

Free shipping applies to all online orders with one exception:
Confirmed exclusion

Enclosures to Western Australia — Calculated shipping rates apply. The freight cost for enclosures shipped to WA destinations is outside the scope of the free shipping offer. Your actual rate will be calculated in real-time at checkout based on cart contents, weight, dimensions, and destination.

All other orders — including orders to all other states and territories — ship free unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Delivery

Transit times

Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours of placement. Transit times vary based on destination — use the estimates below as a guide. Regional and remote destinations may take longer.

Estimates do not apply to regional or remote destinations. Once orders leave our warehouse, transit times are managed by the carrier. For a more accurate estimate, contact us before ordering.

Carriers

Who we ship with

TROPAC uses TNT as our primary carrier. We do not ship with Australia Post or related couriers.
Important

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders require a physical delivery address. If the website is not accepting your address at checkout, please contact us — it may be a simple formatting issue.

Collection

Click & Collect

TROPAC does not have a showroom or walk-in sales facilities. We do offer a Click & Collect service for customers who prefer to pick up in person. Place your order online and collect from your nearest branch during the collection hours below.

You will receive a collection notification when your order is ready. Do not attend the warehouse until you have received this notification.
Same-day option

Uber same-day delivery

TROPAC offers a flexible Uber delivery option for eligible orders. This service is subject to postcode availability and package size and weight restrictions, and is currently available in select postcodes only.If you select Uber as your freight method, TROPAC will contact you to confirm postcode eligibility and size/weight suitability, along with any additional costs. If Uber delivery is not viable for your order, our team will discuss alternative freight options with you.
Order types

Mixed in-stock and order-in items

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and order-in (backordered) products, we will typically split the order and dispatch available stock immediately. Backordered items are sent separately when they arrive in our warehouse.

If you would prefer to receive your order in a single shipment, contact us after placing your order and we can hold dispatch until all items are available.
