Weidmüller UR20-8DI-PN-FSPS-V2 is an eight-channel safe digital input module for the u-remote system, communicating over PROFIsafe on PROFINET IRT or PROFIBUS DP-V1. It reaches SIL 2 and PL d (category 2) wired single-channel 1oo1, or SIL 3 and PL e (category 4) when sensors are wired dual-channel 1oo2, so the achievable safety level is set by your field wiring rather than by the module alone. Inputs are IEC 61131-2 Type 1/Type 3 with a configurable input filter and per-channel diagnosis.
