DIN Rail Mount GPO Outlet

A 10 A, 240 V AC Australian Type I general power outlet that clips straight onto 35 mm DIN rail, giving technicians a convenient service socket for laptops, test instruments and hand tools inside control panels, switchboards and PLC cabinets, without cutting the enclosure door or fitting a separate wall plate.

Features and Specifications

Protection: IP20 (finger-safe once installed in the enclosure).

Standards (& Conformities): CE, RoHS (compliant without exemption), REACH (no SVHC above 0.1 wt%). DNV type approval on the socket insert (Certificate TAA000022B).

Supplied as a two-part Weidmüller FrontCom Vario combination:
Socket insert: IE-FCI-PWB-AU-10A (Weidmüller Order No. 1546590000), Insert Power large, Type I socket, 10 A / 240 V AC
Rail adaptor: IE-DINRAIL-AD-PWB (Weidmüller Order No. 2534680000), TS 35 rail adaptor for socket inserts

Housing:

Polycarbonate socket insert fitted into a PC/ABS rail adaptor. Adaptor footprint 45 mm wide x 83 mm high (88.9 mm including the rail clip) x 44 mm deep, occupying a 45 mm width on the rail.

Connection:

Screw connection, 9 mm strip length. Rigid or flexible conductors 1.5–4 mm² without ferrule; 1.5–2.5 mm² with wire end ferrule.

Operating Conditions:

Operating temperature −5 °C to +40 °C for the assembly (limited by the socket insert; the rail adaptor alone is rated −25 °C to +70 °C). Storage −10 °C to +70 °C.
