The Weidmüller ACT20P-CMT-60-AO-RC-S is a DIN rail mounted current measuring transducer with limit value monitoring, converting an AC or DC current of up to 60 A into a standard analogue signal. The relay changeover contact gives an independent overcurrent or undercurrent alarm alongside the analogue output, which suits motor, heater and pump circuits that need a hardwired trip or annunciation as well as a measured value at the PLC.

• Measuring ranges: configurable 0…40 A, 0…50 A or 0…60 A, AC or DC; AC 15…700 Hz true RMS or arithmetic averaging
• Analogue output: 0…10 V, 2…10 V, 0…5 V, 1…5 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, or 0…20 mA, 4…20 mA, ±20 mA
• Relay output: 1 changeover contact, normal or inverse, 6 A rated switching current, max. 250 V AC / 24 V DC
• Limit value monitoring: overcurrent and undercurrent, hysteresis 5 % or 10 %, delay 0…10 s
• Accuracy: <0.75 % FSR, <1.5 % FSR on the 50 A and 60 A AC ranges
• Response time: ≤300 ms true RMS, ≤60 ms arithmetic averaging
• Supply voltage: 16.8…31.2 V
• Isolation: 4-way between input, output, supply and relay, 4 kV rms for 1 minute
