The Weidmüller IE-SW-L3-AL20M-8GT-12GESFP is a Layer 3 managed industrial DIN-rail switch combining 8 Gigabit copper RJ45 ports with 12 Gigabit SFP fibre slots. It supports static routing, RIP v1/v2, and VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) — enabling IP routing between network segments with gateway-level redundancy. Designed for installations where simple VLAN switching is insufficient and inter-subnet routing is required. The 12 SFP slots accommodate fibre runs typical of substations, large manufacturing facilities, and utility networks. Full Layer 2 managed features — 802.1Q VLANs, QoS, RSTP/MSTP, LACP, 802.1X — are included alongside Layer 3 routing. Operating temperature -40°C to +75°C. Non-returnable, non-cancellable.
