Weidmüller VPU AC II+III 1+1 R 275/20 S is a combined Type 2 and Type 3 surge arrester in a 1+1 circuit, meaning one varistor path from L to PE and a separate N-PE path, which makes it the single-phase choice for TN-S and TT systems. It occupies just one 18 mm module and has a remote signalling contact for fault reporting to a PLC or BMS. The protection module is pluggable, so a spent varistor cartridge can be swapped out without disturbing the wiring.
