Weidmüller UR20-4AI-TC-DIAG is a four-channel thermocouple input module for the u-remote system, covering types J, K, T, B, N, E, R, S, L, U and C plus a direct mV range, at 16 bit resolution and 0.2 % FSR accuracy. DIAG provides per-channel diagnosis, which on a thermocouple card is the practical way to spot an open sensor or broken compensating cable on a single measuring point. Conversion time is parameterisable between 36 ms and 240 ms, letting you trade measurement speed against mains-frequency noise rejection.
