Use this Universal Circuit Breaker Lockout device to lock out a large range of single, double, and triple pole circuit breakers. Designed to be easy to use, simply place this lockout device over the circuit breaker handle, tighten set screw, and lock-out with a Safety Plus Padlock (sold separately).
