The Weidmüller IE-SW-AL12M-8GTPOE-4GESFP-120W is the wide-input-voltage variant of the AL12M managed industrial PoE switch, accepting 12–57V DC across its full input range. At 24–57V DC it delivers a 120W total PoE budget across 8 Gigabit PoE+ ports, while remaining compatible with the 12V and 24V DC power infrastructure common in machine-building, process automation, and decentralised industrial applications. The complete managed feature set includes IEC 62443-4-2 SL1 cybersecurity certification, 4 × Gigabit SFP fibre uplinks, RSTP/MSTP/O-Ring redundancy, 802.1Q VLANs, 802.1X authentication, SNMP management, and a fault relay. This is the preferred model for installations where existing 24V DC power infrastructure is in place and the full 240W budget is not required.
