ISO denotes channel-to-channel isolation, which is the reason to specify this module over a non-isolated dual output: it lets you drive two actuators or receivers that sit at different earth potentials without a circulating current between them. DIAG adds per-channel and module diagnosis, so an open output loop is reported against the specific channel.
- Channels: 2 analogue outputs, isolated channel to channel
- Signal range: Voltage 0…5 V, 0…10 V, 1…5 V, 2…10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V; Current 0…20 mA, 4…20 mA
- Resolution: 16 bit
- Accuracy: ±0.1 % FSR max., 0.05 % FSR typ.; max. error over temperature range 0.24 % FSR
- Repeat accuracy: <1 mV eff.; temperature coefficient 30 ppm/K
- Supply voltage: 24 V DC +20 % / −15 %
- Current consumption: 8 mA typ. from the system bus; 110 mA from the output segment
- Isolation: 500 V DC between the current paths
- Connection: PUSH IN, 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm² (AWG 26 to 16)
- Response time: 1 ms for 2 channels
- Diagnostics: Individual channel diagnosis and module diagnosis
- Operating temperature: −20 °C to +60 °C (storage −40 °C to +85 °C)
- Dimensions (W x H x D): 11.5 x 120 x 76 mm
- Protection degree: IP20
- Approvals: RoHS (exemptions 7a, 7cI), UL E141197 (cULus), E223527 (cULusEX)
