Ventilation Pack 230V AC, UV Rated: Filter Fan, Filter Vent and Thermostat

Cooling sorted in one pick. A matched IP-V2000-UV filter vent, IP-V2200-UV (230V) fan and IP-THNO2 thermostat, for less than buying them separately.

Choose this pack when the enclosure has a 230V AC supply to run the fan. Filtered airflow and automatic temperature control arrive in one order, with nothing to select or match.

UV rated for indoor and outdoor installations. The fan and vent are moulded in UV-resistant polycarbonate and rated IP55, so they hold up in direct sun.

• 1 x IP-V2200-UV Filter Fan, 230V AC 50/60 Hz: 150 x 150 mm, 44 m³/h free-blow airflow at 50 Hz, G4 high-efficiency filter mat included
• 1 x IP-V2000-UV Filter Vent: 150 x 150 mm exit grille, G4 high-efficiency filter mat included
• 1 x IP-THNO2 Thermostat: normally open contact, adjustable 0 to +60°C, 35 mm DIN rail mounting

Made for Our Pre-Cut Enclosures

Our S1 enclosures with ventilation cut-outs have two 125 x 125 mm cut-outs, diagonally opposite, ready for the fan and vent in this pack, and are rated IP55 when fitted with them. Available in 400H x 300W x 200D, 400H x 400W x 200D, 600H x 400W x 300D and 600H x 600W x 300D.

Need a different size? Choose any standard enclosure and have the cut-outs made with TROBOT, our precision cut-out service, so the fan and vent fit straight in on site.

How It Works

The fan draws air into the enclosure through its filter and the vent lets warm air out, so heat leaves the enclosure instead of building up inside it. The thermostat switches the fan on when the enclosure rises above the set temperature and off again once it has cooled.

Construction

Fan and Vent: UV-resistant polycarbonate, RAL7035 Grey, clip-on mounting. Front-opening grilles let the filter mats be changed from outside the enclosure. IP55 when fitted. Operating temperature -10 to +70°C.
Thermostat: bimetallic sensor in a self-extinguishing PA6 casing, RAL7035 Grey, mounted inside the enclosure.
All three components are made in Italy.
