Can I come in and buy over the counter?
We do not have a showroom or facilities to service walk-in sales. We do offer a Click-and-Collect service, you can place your order online and pickup from our warehouse between the hours of 8am-4pm when you receive a collection notification.
How much is shipping?
For non-consumable, heavy or bulky items, shipping costs are calculated in real-time during checkout. These costs are determined based on the contents of your cart, the shipping address, and factors such as product weight, dimensions, and the destination's classification (metro, regional, or remote).
For most consumable items a flat shipping, handling and insurance rate applies. Please enquire further to learn your eligibility for the fixed rate.
Important Note: TROPAC uses a centralised costing method for non-consumable items, which does not factor in the selected warehouse location. To maintain consistent pricing across Australia, we subsidise a portion of the freight costs.
Where do you ship?
We ship virtually anywhere in Australia. If the website is not allowing your shipping address at checkout, please contact us as it may be a simple formatting error.
Who do you ship with?
We use TNT as our primary carrier. We do not ship with Australia Post or related couriers so unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
What happens if I order a mix of In Stock and Order In products?
Usually we will split the order and dispatch what we have in stock, and send the remainder of the backordered items when they arrive in our warehouse. You can request to hold orders until all items are in stock if you prefer.
How long does shipping take?
It varies greatly based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours for in-stock items. You can use the estimates below as a rough guide for shipping time:
- QLD, NSW & VIC: 1-2 days
- SA & TAS: 2-4 days
- NT & WA: 3-10 days +
These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have very little control over the actual shipping time. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
